The primary objective of the entire map is simple: Find Felix Faust and apprehend him. There is actually a second part to this episode, but you’ll need a Magic Hero to help you access it in Madame Xanadu’s Magic Shop. The instance is Episode I of the DCUO story arc “Til Death Do Us Part”. Problem is… with the Brainiac incursion occupying the Justice League, heroes are in short supply. She’s good, but she needs help since apparently Faust has an army of mages by his side. They’ve already sent Zatanna to bring him in. Wonder Woman and the Sentinels of Magic are out to stop him, and they’ve managed to track him down at MANNHEIM’s CHINESE THEATER in the Chinatown district of Metropolis. Now, he senses this lifelong pursuit is about to end the Flame is within reach, and all he needs to do is to acquire enough souls to fuel the Flame’s mysterious energies.
The Flame of Life has always been the object of Felix Faust’s quest for power. It can be finished in less than 7 minutes with the proper gear, and is the best way to farm those Sentinels of Magic Commendations you need to get to Trusted Renown with the Magic Faction. It is one of the first solo instances available at level cap on the On-Duty Menu, and arguably the easiest instance in the game. You are correct that the Level 15 and 30 Missions do require the help of a person with that mentor.MANNHEIM’S CHINESE THEATER is a Tier 1 Challenge in DC Universe Online.

Unless you can show me where in the open world you can get Legacy 3 and 4 as well as Star materials handling 1-3 and Infiltrating the hall of doom 1-6, anyone going for "fully briefed" and completing investigations has to go into these mentor missions. I just went through this process, and checked those guides you link, and they still have you going into Superman mentor instances for Legacy of Krypton 3 and 4. Now you link to the briefing "Survival of the Fittest" and "Gorrilla Bomb Components" as the briefing and investigations that are now open world and not in those instances. I: Infiltrating the Hall of Doom: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 If you look to the mentor maps link in my post and just spot check Superman, you will see the following: ↑ “ Are you sure? I am pretty certain that at least one or two are found inside the instances. If the person is less than 15, don't expect them to have the lvl 15 mission. If the person you are with never did them, they will have the first one active (EG CAO Dam=Limbo for Wonder Woman) and the 2nd will become active later. The level 30 quests above are those you get from your mentor when you hit 30 to qualify as member of the Justice League. It is a good idea to swap mentor instances and knock out as much as you can. If you go to where the entrance is, you will not be able to see the entrance until the person you are grouped with who has that mentor zones in. I recommend going to DCUO wiki to look up where these entrances are ( secret lairs)and using these mentor maps to know where the briefings and investigations are in those instances. There are some investigations and briefings that appear in instances other mentors have as part of their mission lines. Ran into this old thread where Kiss_in_Digital gives useful info. I just went through this process and thought I would take a little time to document what I found for those who have yet to do this.
